THIS IS NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH A FITNESS CLASS or Bootcamp training.
Workouts are customized to each individual in the session. This is a very unique service, only Alexacise Fitness does! It is personal training in a group setting….at a fraction of the cost….WOOHOO! You get customized workouts suited to your own goals and physique needs, every workout!
Everyone begins with a cardio warm up on a bike for approximately 3-10 minutes. The Trainer then begins setting everyone up one by one with their customized exercises. The trainer will ensure you are executing the moves properly, give you the guidelines for sets and reps, and then move on to the next person. When you are done your set of moves, you proceed back to bike area where the trainer will meet you to show you your next set of exercises.
It’s a personal training session in a group setting!
It is a very friendly, non-intimidating, diverse environment and you will be anxious to get to the next session! For best results, we suggest 3-4 times a week.
There is a maximum of 10 people in a session. On average there are 6.
Please let us know 24hrs in advance what sessions you can make, so we can plan your workout ahead of time.
Group Personal Training Schedule
Mondays: 10:00am, 5:30pm, 6:45pm
Tuesdays: 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Wednesdays: 10:00am, 5:30pm, 6:45pm
Thursdays: 5:30pm, 6:45pm
Friday: 9:00am, 10:00am
Saturdays: 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am
12 hours cancellation needed to avoid billing. Sessions need a minimum of 3 people to run.
Consultation
To get started with group personal training at Alexacise Fitness, we first need to meet for a consultation. This appointment is approximately 45-55 min. I will email you a form ahead of time for you to fill out and email back to me the day before we meet.
In the consultation we will:
- talk about your current and past health
- talk about your goals for fitness and health, current lifestyle
- go over any past/current injuries and surgeries
- talk about current/past cardio and training regimes.
- Do pictures and measurements. Pictures are best done in black 2 piece for females and black shorts for males. (Pictures are not mandatory, but it is good to have a starting point for future comparison)
- Do a 10-15 minute mini-workout so we can see how you move and prepare you for your first Alexacise Training Session
The cost of the consultation is $70 (+tax)
